Welcome to Daystar Yoga. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By accessing our studio, participating in our classes, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Daystar Yoga ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Students are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain the peaceful environment for other students. If you arrive late, please wait outside the studio until the instructor acknowledges you and permits entry.
Classes begin and end on time. Please plan accordingly and respect the schedule to ensure all students receive the full benefit of their practice.
Appropriate yoga attire is required for all classes. Clothing should be comfortable, allow for full range of motion, and be suitable for the type of class you are attending. We recommend:
Personal hygiene is important in our shared space. Please ensure you are clean before attending class and avoid wearing strong fragrances or perfumes that may affect other students.
To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all students, please observe the following guidelines:
You must inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in any class. This includes but is not limited to:
It is your responsibility to practice within your own limits and to modify or skip poses as needed. Listen to your body and never force any movement that causes pain or discomfort.
Yoga practice involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with yoga practice, including but not limited to:
You participate in all activities at your own risk and agree that Daystar Yoga, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries that may occur.
In case of medical emergency during class, please immediately notify the instructor. We maintain first aid supplies and emergency contact information. By participating in our classes, you consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
We offer various membership and class package options to suit different needs and schedules. All memberships and packages are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your specific membership agreement.
Payment is due at the time of service unless you have a pre-paid membership or package. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. For monthly memberships, payment will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the same date each month.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current members will be notified of any price changes via email or posted notice in the studio.
Class packages and memberships are non-refundable except in cases of serious injury or illness with medical documentation. Unused classes in packages may be transferred to another person with advance notice and a transfer fee.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Class reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular classes. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to avoid being charged for the class.
No-shows will be charged for the class and may result in temporary loss of booking privileges for repeat offenders.
